K-Factor Calculation Issue & Required Energy Force Update
An Energy Force update is needed to fix an issue in the K-Factor calculation routine. Previous degree days were not recorded correctly on the Tank Readings screen, meaning K-Factors may be inaccurate for completed deliveries on version 19.2.0.0 or higher.
We have identified and corrected the underlying issue. To implement the fix in your environment, Energy Force will need to be updated. Updating Energy Track is optional, but we would be happy to update it as well if you prefer both programs to be on the same version.
Next Steps:
- A support representative will be in contact to schedule the Energy Force update.
- After the update is in place, we will run a data job to automatically correct any K-Factors affected by this issue.
