SKYR-1256 / Batch Edit Tank Utility – Energy Force has added a batch utility to change the route code on active Tanks, Meters and active Call-Ins. Create the new route prior to running the utility in Energy Force and in Agvance for Agvance users.
When processed, an entry is created in the audit log and a csv file is generated. The audit log includes Date, Time, User running the utility, and the From and To Routes. The csv file details include the Customer, Type (Tank, Meter, or Call-In), Previous Route, New Route, and if the Tank is Company-Owned.
- Why – If the Driver Number is also the Route Number and a Driver leaves, the new Driver has a new Driver number to update on the Tanks, Meters and Call-Ins.
- When/Where –Supervisor Menu / Processes / Utility Menu / Update Tank Route
- Action Required – Create new Driver and Route number, then run the utility.
- SKYR-1392 / Prepaid Sales Tax Included on Contract Import – Contract Sync also imports prepaid sales tax from Agvance.
- Why – Contract/Booking Sync was not importing prepaid sales tax from Agvance.
- When/Where – Posting Menu / Contract Import / Contract Import and Supervisor Menu / Maintenance Menu / Automated Tasks Menu / Background Tasks
- Action Required – No action required.
